How Do I Beat Poppy Top?

I can never fight her, I always get destroyed by her in lane. I can't farm because her Q takes out a fourth of my life and thats only on the first hit, i move out of the second hit. I can't stay under turret, she uses her Passive shield and dives me, bursts me and walks away fine. I try to call for Jg early on to help me steamroll but she just walks away after almost killing us both or she does kill me... or gets a double... I try to run but she hits me with Q, walks in front of me or to the side of me and E's, regardless of whether I hit a wall it almost kills me...

I just don't know how to fight her, I have no clue what to do because every guide I read doesn't work. She can deal with any counterplay I try out, and last time I was Olaf against Poppy i went like 0/25. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do? She feels so freaking broken I literally want to AFK the moment i see her picked... Seriously nothing tilts me harder than the enemy picking Poppy, even if my entire team is winning hard like 10+ kills, I will still tilt hard fighting her.
