It's not that I am not ready to play a game. It's the fact that I don't want to risk being filled if I see that the timer has gone past the 75 second mark, which is usually when you risk being filled.
So, I'll be sure to keep an eye on the timer and exit out manually at 60-80 seconds in just to avoid this extra bit of stupidity in queues.

Woodakoodashooda1 votesIf you decline a certain number of games you will be warned not to do it again. And then doing so again will give you a time penalty before you can join again.
