Twitch was complained about AND was abused way before Ardent Censor came into the foreground.

Riot needs to nerf his W slow to a 5% slow that stacks for every half second someone spends in his W WHILE also lowering earlygame damage.

Given that Tristana wasn't seen much prior to Ardent Censor being meta and that Ardent Censor got hit, I think it's the right choice. I think we'll see her win rate drop back to where it used to be.

Twitch they're probably holding off on to see how the Ardent Censor nerfs affect him, so they can tailor nerfs specifically if needed.

i feel like what needs to be examined is why the meta in Worlds became "destroy bot tower asap & rotate top". I feel like that's what made Tristana such a popular choice, regardless of ardent being a strong item for adc's in general. Ardent may have made her strong enough to be such a dominant force in lane but I doubt it's what brought her into meta. At least not solely that.
