Well he needs somehow to be safe since he cant opt for lifesteal like caitlyn. You could argue thats his e job, but his e lasts only 1.5. He either has the range to stay out of some trouble, or he gains things to make him more tanky, which is actually pretty similar to pretty much most mages.

His dash is predictable, and on big cd early on. Though i do feel like his shield should proc when he hits an enemy champ.

Hi!. And its 20% for a single second. Rylais is a shitty item. Unfortunately he needs the slow in order to be able to apply his dmg since you can avoid them, unlike caitlyns aa, which are undodgeable. Unless you are jax.

With 45% cdr its 6.75. Its relatively medium cd compared to some others.

Not anymore. It doesnt block dashes anymore when its stationed.

he should have a low winrate because of how absurdly hard it is to be good with him.
His winrate increased by a bit when his rework came out even though it shouldnt because of his skillcap

I never read anything about making him more easier to play. From the look of the changes it was just make him more short range so he's not oppressive in lane so he had some sort of counterplay.
There's no changes that made him easier to play. It was just shorter range azir with more soldiers.

Azir just isn't as busted as people are calling him.
He is stronger, yes, probably needs a mana and cd nerf to be completely fair, but he isn't the busted soloq monster people have started crying him to be.

Merciful1121 votesAzir is one of those champs that you have to really look for a mistake, for example most of his damage comes from his soldiers obviously so if he misplaces a solider he’s very vulnerable on CD, he’s the one you need to take out first in a team fight. On the bright side they nerfed his ult so you can get through it using abilities before you couldn’t do that which really sucked

I feel like he's pretty much on point with a lot of the other top-tier mages currently - maybe his mobility needs tweaked a bit? that's bout' it. Minor note: always thought Azir should not be mobile from a thematic perspective..
