On OP.GG, the top midlane champions are all assassins
While mages sit at the very bottom. Shouldn't there be a healthy mix of good meta mages and assassins. Why are the assassins so dominant? [sg-lux-2]

so what is op.gg /you using to state the top 10 mid laners are?
Because its well established that the game is better when mages are worse.
Riot should probably nerf them again just to be certain of it
OP.GG only covers KOREA.
The Korean meta is completely different than ours.
If you want worldwide stats then go to u.gg.
You kinda need to clarify what ELO you are talking about, and what you mean by top mid laners.
Top winrate? Top pickrate? Top banrate? a combination of all 3?

Champion tier is calculated based on multiple in-game statistics in platinum+ games, such as pick/ ban rate, win rate, gold earned, experience, cc score, KDA, damage taken/ dealt and etc. (for Solo/ Duo ranked only)
Duh? Assassins are always favored in a burst meta? Burst metas favor characters that burst.
