Ahri Spirit Rush (R) cooldown increased from 110/95/80 to 130/105/80
Nami Ebb And Flow (W) heal lowered from 65/95/125/155/185 to 60/85/110/135/160
I'm not complaining I don't care about them and about plat/low diamond players
Can i know when you're going to stop

Rewt2 votesas alzon said. The nerf was more focused at high elo. Ult Cooldown nerfs tend to be High elo Focused while Damage nerfs are more noticeable at lower elo.
20 seconds at level 1 for her ult wont be noticed by low elo. they just wont notice it.

Alzon3 votesThat Ahri nerf is more effective in high elo because it gives her larger windows of vulnerability that can be capitalized on.
The Nami nerf hurts her mid game a bit by lowering the oppressive teamwide heals. Doesn’t feel like much late game though, because of Grievous Wounds proliferating. Effective in all elos.
