A Serious Solution To Vayne Problems

The identity that i keep hearing is that vayne should be a late game carry and i agree, the problem we all have is that if played correctly her early game can be at an advantage as well.

A simple fix that i have seen done on many champs could be to un-normalize her silver bolt level scaling and rear end load them.

effectively making her weaker early but just as strong as before late game.

This could be done to multiple skills even to further push her into that "late game hyper carry" role you want her in.

Remove the base damage on Silverbolts, make it deal %HP damage only. Bump it up by somewhere between 1 and 2% at level 5.

Make Condemn deal magic damage and scale off AP. With the amount of control this skill grants it never should have had AD scaling in the first place.

Remove the bonus AD from Vayne's Ult and make it augment her Silverbolts somehow instead.

There you go. Significantly lower damage to soft targets while preserving (or possibly improving) her damage against hard ones. Maintains her identity as a Tank Buster while making her less overbearing against softer targets.

Done and done.

WTF. No ad champ should ever scale ap or ap should ever scale ad. If a champion is ad it should scale solely of ad and vice versa. This is a design that has flawed league over the years.

Tell that to the people who keep getting smashed bot lane every game, its not even fun anymore. i post this not cause vayne destroys(i usually dont face vayne as we firstpick it) me but because my adc doesnt even have to try anymore.

Its too easy to engage and delete them; OR to just wait for 3200 gold and early spike them to death.

you are saying to nerf a champion which is relevant to everyone. I'm saying the champion does not require a nerf. OMG how will you deal with a differing opinion?

if you can't avoid getting hit 6 times in a row by a champion with 550 range well you've got bigger problems than a Vayne nerf would even solve.

and your solo queue rank is relevant to your credibility when you are proposing a game-wide change, deal with it. If you had made a thread in champion concepts saying you designed a new skin then your rank would not be an appropriate thing to bring up by me, but you are arguing for balance, and I'm saying maybe get more experienced at the game and play more with higher ranked people to learn counterplay before you essentially declare that a champion is broken.

I mean I was gold 5 in season 3 then didn't play ranked at all season 4 so I had essentially no mmr to speak of then this season climbed to plat 5. So I mean you could be whatever rank before but you can't even decay out of gold so you kind of earned that silver 5.

Honestly if you're going to just say a champion is op because you can't avoid multiple consecutive hits by them, kind of figures you can't move up in rank. There is a huge amount of counterplay to Vayne, but I guess it falls on deaf silver ears.

1st i gave my plat account to my lil brother, he is now gold 3 and i will easily outplay him anyday, as i said yesterday when you were bashing i dont play ranked really on this accnt and am silver 5 due to lack of games not lack of skill.

And dude what the fuck lol... i have written 100 times in this post that I DONT GO AGAINST VAYNES, and she is always on my team. I have ZERO qualms about shredding her bot lane.

Its when my adc picks vayne that the overloaded kit really comes out.

Again i have absolutely no fear of facing a vayne, and as i said 101 times i have her on my team far far more than i vs her.

No.... Just l lower her aa range to 515 and problem solved that is lowering it by 35 which is huge. Typically a hyper carry is supposed to have a weak early game not so much in her case with her tumble having a low cd
