He's not op at all, HES JUST INCREDIBLY FUCKING CANCEROUS. you cannot do anything against his zone, you just can't. He's balanced because he falls off very hard late game, but fighting him in lane is one of the most anti fun experiences in league. I really hope that he can be changed so that he has more counterplay and is less anti fun.

Better yet, if you're a tank... Grab armor quints, cloth, rejuv bead and one pot.... You'll get roughly 33 bonus armor from runes and items alone. Then the rejuv bead boosts your already great regen.

The only reason pros do it is because they completely give up the lane, just soaking exp until minions hit their tower or their jungle/mid gank. If your team isn't 100% coordinated, its a horrible way to set yourself back.
Not to mention how only a few champions can do the rejuv start even in pro play due to base HP regen, and the champion in question must be manaless for it to really shine. In fact, Shen's one of the few that can do the start successfully.

I do it with Poppy and Shen and it usually works better for me than the extra three health pots. Especially when I'll be building titanic or zzrot later on anyway.

Haidder2 voteshmmmm, having everything targeted is the problem. You have this bully early that does not fail to harass you and get an advantage out of you early game. A good pantheon and a bad one are only different because one knows how much damage they input, the other does not. However, that's just a minor difference, the problem is his low skill floor, you can be a potato and still play him well. I suggest making his stun or q a skill shot, maybe give him more damage or buffing late game as compensation, either way he needs a mini rework, cuz the problem is that he is unhealthy to play against, not broken.

Jeddy0171 votesIt's not that he has been confirmed for a VGU, he's just been confirmed as a high priority target for a VGU. It's likely that his VGU is still more than a year away (at least) considering champs like Eve, Urgot, Galio, Swain & Mordekaiser are higher than him on the priority list.
Lucky for us, they're likely to do some small changes to Pantheon once they do a class update for Divers sometime next year.

if he gets onto your adc (which he can easily cause point click dash/stun) he will one shot him. and if you have to bust all your peel to stop pantheon from doing that then the other carries are going to murder you. either way he won that team fight for his team

Never had an issue. Every time he comes in to Q me I start channeling decimate and step forward to retaliate. Live until level 6 and every time he tries to be a bitchasstheon I apprehend him and stat check the shit out of him and then outscale him the rest of the game.
