I thought Riot was trying to give assassins more counter-play...

While some assassins, though they may have other problems, have healthy burst windows, some thanks to the assassin update which was supposed to target this. and yes, even . Yet somehow champions like and especially slipped through the cracks and can melt your health bar in less than a second... I just don't get how Riot could target the burst windows of some champions and let others roam free, especially Katarina and her 5 dashes a second... You can't just fix 2 tires and walk off while the other 2 are still flat, wtf Riot?

P.S. I know they can be CC'd and bursted pretty hard, but have you seen these champions when they go a more bruiser build, and can take a pounding while still one shotting squishies in less than a second??? It's disgusting man.

One shotting squishies. Thats the problem maybe adcs building one tanky item aint a bad idea remeber ga on every adc. If your voin full glass connon you should die very easily you have zero defenses. Your teams supposed to protect you so you can do damage.

Actually thw way armor works it gets progressively weaker. It your full class cannon your should die fast the trade off being you are killing people faster.

I just played a game against a bruiser katarina and got one-shotted after building some MR. A decent amount of it was negated by item 3135 so she proceeded to one shot me. In this mage/autofill support meta adcs can't always be gifted with a soraka or janna support. If Riot wants to continue to support this mage support meta then they need to make it so ADCs can still survive shit like katarina if their support decides just to be a damage dealer. Cause atm it feels like shit when assassins are trampling on you and you don't have a support that can really do anything about it in over half your games.

When you die, you need to either be outplayed or have made some form of mistake. If the only mistake you made was leaving fountain then we have poor game design. ADC's are dying in a second by a champ with enough mobility to catch them at double their AA range but hey they're squishies they're supposed to die boring unsatisfactory deaths. And here I was thinking we were supposed to have fun playing 'games'.

Katarina has a "healthy" burst window. You probably don't know how to counterplay her if you die to her.

Her daggers usually go in front of her, so if I move to the side she shouldn't be able to teleport to it and proc it, but since she melts me in less than a second with her ult, I can think about moving to the side all I want, she's still gonna fucking melt my ass before I even click the movement command on my mouse...

And that statement was very ignorant btw, if I die to a champion with some of the highest DAMAGE in the game, it must be because I don't know how to counterplay her??? And if I knew how to counterplay her she'd never kill me? Like let's not bro.

You're honestly don't know how to counterplay her then if you think her ult is the ultimate source of her damage. Buy MR, burst her, walk out of her ult. Displace her from her daggers. She has no damage if you just buy mr and health cause she can't shred either of those without items. And even then, she's not going to shred the tank with both of those things.

And for the record, her daggers have a 1.25 second fall rate regardless, so just walk away from where the dagger lands. If you knew this then you can not get hit by the dagger.

Kata is called bullshit. It's called being 1/6 and still oneshotting. It's called killing someone in a Q+E+W+E (2 passive)+Gunblade, which is almost undodgeable as an immobile mage.

It's not if you're an immobile mage. Their AoE is large enough.

The sad part is, her damage is still faster than yours. So even if you dodge the first two daggers, her Q, 3 E's, gunblade, and ult are plenty to kill you, or at least they hurt you much more than you hurt her. And then she has her daggers up again.

I cannot imagine a scenario where she misses all of her daggers but still gets 3 Es off of you. Nah, after she gets her daggers the other carry just one hits her and she's gone.

Throw Q, E to you, press W, walk to Q dagger, E to you, walk to W dagger, E to you.

She doesn't need to actually hit the daggers to get the E reset, she just needs to pick them up.

Plus, at this point in the game, she's a little too tanky for the mages I play to reliably kill before she kills me, although a Brand or Lux should have no problem.

By the time she walks to the W dagger, you're probably under turret. Sure, you might not kill her, but the adc, tank or pseudo-support Zyra will kill her.

Diana's not considered an assassin by Riot, that's why. I think they're gonna rework her into a diver, or make some changes at least.

Kha and Rengar are also called bullshit. Sure, now Rengar's oneshot window extended to the time it takes for his 3 Q animations. Wait, what's that? His early game got massively buffed? Oh, never mind. Fed Rengars only need a crit R and Q to kill me, guess I'll die instantly anyway.

Kha got reworked into a duelist, Riot just won't admit they failed. I mean come on, that's what he should be, though. If your target's isolated, it's either a 1v1 or a gangbang. The only reason he was made an assassin is because of his lore with Rengar. The rest of his theme screams duelist. It's too late now, though, the rework needed to change him to a duelist would not be well received, now that we've had, what, 6 years of assassin Kha'Zix? Oh, I forgot to mention - He is a duelist now, in all but name. But don't worry. He's still an assassin.

I know Ekko wasn't changed I was talking about LB, and yeah she was BS (Though she's gutted now) but her problem wasn't her burst window, it was her damage. So it was still a healthy window. I fucking hate Diana, she is just BS. Can get almost as tanky as a Vii or Lee Sin, yet still do glass cannon kinda damage. everything else is spot on, I didn't wanna mention Ren or Kha cause they've been bitched about to death. And I hope katarina gets gutted like Leblanc one day cause she deserves it, I'd throw a fucking party!

Katarina out of all the assassins I have seen; she is by far the most balanced one. Talon is broken. His laning phase is way too strong. The dreaded level 9 is when the whole map should worry because he can shove in lane easily and roam better than Sol.

Talon is BS but still more fair than Kat because...

He can only dash on you once.
He cannot Q > E > Gunblade > Ult you for an instant 1000 dmg then chase you like a crazy girlfriend. He has to ULT > Q > W > and hope you stay in range of an auto or he won't finish you off. If by some chance you survive katarina's burst, she will chase you and step on her dagger and kill you (only if you're retarded enough to run towards it), or step on it, watch the CD to go from 7 to 0.5 then dash to you again and finish you.
She just has more ways of killing you, talon has that one combo. Katarina can kill you with E and Ult alone if you're forced to stand in the range for even a second too long. She can throw a dagger ahead of you E Q you then flash on the other dagger and reset then E killing you. She is far harder to predict and play around, yet somehow does even faster burst than talon it's just dumb.

Diana is reliant on hitting her q. Without her Q. half of her damage is gone. And as others mentioned, she is a diver.

That Q is practically impossible to dodge without flash, and once you get a good amount of games on Diana you get familiar with the range of it and hitting it becomes a piece of cake. If it was dodgeable, you'd have a point, but it's not so...
