i remember that it had no mana cost and and removes slow.

i wasn't playing at the time but I'll admit it was really, really funny to watch videos with Lucian pretty much able to dash, proc his passive, and then dash again, like a Vayne except more retardedly OP because procced twice.

I think Lucian's Dash should be more readily available though... I can do an entire spell rotation aside from ult starting with dash and still have 4 seconds left on it. It honestly kind of sucks that way. If I blow almost my entire rotation starting with my dash I'd love to have it back up again at the end, but that's just me I suppose.

Then again, this is coming from a guy who enjoys so my advice is worth a grain of salt.

Its not a very significant buff. It adds something to his useless w tho..Ive been playing him lately. It seems like he can do stuff in lane...just not enough. Like I push ppl out of lane early but can never get a kill on them and the cs lead I build doesnt matter as much when they come back hit lvl 6 and kill me with nautilus ult...
