Ashe is kinda getting cucked with these crit changes.
If you rush a Stormrazor like everyone else is, the only thing you're gonna get out of waiting 2.5 seconds is a more powerful slow. Just think about that.

Khristophoros1 votesSo you can go different items. How about BF -> zeal -> IE? That's 40% crit chance when IE is completed. Or you can finish a zeal item first if it's better for the situation (are you against a lot of low armor targets or not?)
