Title, no need to explain why Vayne is broken. This balance team NEEDS to explain why Vayne is not seeing any nerfs in the near future. She's in almost 50% of the games and is sporting a 52% winrate across all elos. This is embarrassing.

Currently, the balance team is mostly working on the juggernauts and the other champions that got hit hard by the reworks and itemization changes.

an easy champion with 55% win rate isn't op, he just happen to be easy to play like fiddle was for 2 years. an hard champ with 50% win rate or more is op because the amount of skill he needs needs to make him bad for 50% of the community. Lee sin had 47% win rate and was still nerfed.
Now vayne as a "skilled champion" has 51/52% win rate with 35% pick rate meaning that not only vayne mains play her but everybody, her win rate should be like the in the end of season 3 46%.
