Idk why are Ivern buffs that hard to understand though. Darius buffs = dunked Marksman Ivern buffs = alive Marksman gets a Penta
Ivern is thus a supperior design as he alows adc mains to claim the MVP award by skillfully right-clicking. Can't you simpathize with people who have to stop sucking their tumb to rightclick?

You guys are getting really nitpicky. his gimmick is level 2 ganks when the enemy is level 1. past that he becomes a less mobile lulu. I find him fun to play. he's not op, and he's very squishy (especially now that tank meta is supposed to be swinging back)

could've been op on her and they nerfed 
in the same patch for the same reason. Karma is now at 45% win rate and didn't receive any buff while Ivern with 51% win rate got buffed. Also, Ryze is getting a rework before Karma. Those Ivern buffs were so pathetic they made me laugh.

It's worlds patch. Anything on the cusp of Viability is going to get a slight nudge in hopes that we get to see them in worlds.
Anything farther from the tree, would be much more difficult to buff into contention, without completely overshooting the mark.

sobi9991 votesAs much as i agree with the winrate of ivern being high, he is not oppressive to play against, maybe annoying but not downright cancer. Remember few patches back when darius was buffed and he was stomping and getting pentas. That is an issue and no champ should be allowed to do that. Tbh, even the pros said that at that time darius was actually balanced in high elo's but stomped only low elo's. The fact is that most of the player base is low elo and while i agree the game should be balanced on higher elo, i don't think any champ should be left soloing 1v5 even in bronze. There is a fine boundary here that cannot be crossed and some champs such as darius can easily cross it if they are buffed.
Wild Wes1 votesIn the lower elo I've had experience in, I feel like people will complain about Darius being strong rather than Ivern because he isn't actually flashy. Darius is flashy when he's swinging his axe at people and executing people, but from first glace Ivern can be underwhelming.
