maybe want to think about nerfing peel champs as well. isnt the problem really that when you build comps around a strong late game adc, there arent acceptable levels of counterplay? its not that the ad is strong. its that the champions supporting the ad are BROKEN in their ability to do so. AND THEREFORE we see riot nerf the ADC instead of the PROBLEM CHILDREN. AS they TYPICALLY DO.
