Q : Movement Speed Increased to 30% from 15% and 30/35/40/45/50 % to 40/45/50/55/60 %, W: Damage increased from 15% Bonus health to 15% Max health

As for W- how about switch his W and R?
Make Frenzy the Ult. Keep the passive on it and buff the damage for a solid execute.
Make Lightning his W and have it cause his basic attacks to do %max health magic damage on hit for the next 3-5 autos
He gets to live the lightning fantasy more
