When my top laner or mid laner die once and QQ in all chat saying "gg" Like shut up. I have redemption and locket I wlll save your punk a*s just play. Like it's so tilting to play with people who just give up so easily.
While I agree with you. Let me give you the other side of the argument:
When you're playing support and your team is feeding their asses off and it's 24-3 at 15 minutes and you're with a team of people made up of "we got this", "never surrender" types it's just deflating. As a support when the enemy team is 3-4 levels ahead of you then you're nothing but a free source of gold to them. Your team continues to build damage despite being behind, they keep telling you they've "got this" and "don't give up" while the deficit keeps growing.
When I see the game reach the point of no return I mentally check out as well. The ra-ra, pep-talk, false energy of the "we've got this" time vampire crowd just gets to me after awhile.
Yes, one death isn't the end of the world (although the way League is these days it means a Hell of a lot more than it used to). When the enemy team has 5-8 times your kills and two to three times your gold at 15 minutes, please just fucking surrender. I don't like it when people AFK in games, but I will say that I do have sympathy in situations like this.
And let's be honest... most League games these days are stomps one way or the other. Either you're crushing the enemy team or they're crushing you. Probably less than 20% of my games are close at all. A shrinking playerbase, poor matchmaking and obvious balance issues have made the game very tilting to nearly everyone I know.
