I'm still iffy on it. It's so OP on paper but the moment of OPness is kinda random. Its build path is kinda whack too.

The trick I think, is to go in During that window. React to that window. Once it pops, pop your talisman, your Righteous Glory, your Sivir ult, With good coordination, you can force the engage, when you have that Advantage.
