Buffing Zoe isnt really the problem, its not nerfing damage across the board.

Zoe is weak, she needs some buffs get over it, personally, i feel its unfair to nerf any champ into unplayability, but with the ridiculous dmg numbers right now, she needs buffs to stay afloat, ive played her and her risk is NOT worth the reward atm

It’s good to see these buffs. Before, there was no difference between a max distance Q and a short distance Q. I can finally play Zoe! Feels good for Zoe Mains

Lots of champs have a low winrate so that Other people can actually Enjoy the game. She falls into that category.

No? Most of the champions with a low winrate are because they're LCS strong (Hence why normal people aren't allowed to play Ryze or Azir) or just can't be anything but underpowered or overpowered (Like Lucian was for a while).

Zoe was somewhat problematic and strong on release. Riot fixed the majority of those problems (even made the importance on rng W drops smaller), so she's fine to be buffed up to a normal strength.

Azir had the same picks than Zoe on Worlds stage, and both had higher pickrate than Kalista and literally nobody wants to buff them because just as Zoe they have a fucked up kit.

I too hate Zoe. She’s not fun to play against or with.

But unlike you I can recognize when a champion is too weak.

Think of it like this: When preseason lands, you'll be able to spec your early stats to NOT die to her as easily, so there's room to improve her overall feel again now that Riot's tackled front loaded damage a bit.

Also, these buffs are all mid/late game buffs. Her early snowballing is still going to be the same as its always been. You should have QSS/Banshee/Hexdrinker/Crucible/EoN by then.
