Devs should stop wasting their time and revert Ryze to the last iteration and balance around CDs
Just make it to where he can't triple root anymore not that CC means anything anymore since every champions gets to have access to it now

WukongMain1 votesCheck out SoloRenektonOnly's recent tenacity videos. Get gets upwards of 90+% tenacity on a ton of different champions.
ALL MłGHT1 votesS5 Ryze was during a period of time where tenacity didn't come easily (speaking of tenacity rune) and I'm sure back then CC was much more potent compared to how it is now. It meant something, so it was annoying. Now it means nothing. Get cc'd? Supp shields your or Aegis for upwards of 600HP etc.
