I just had a game where I dueled a Shen and procced all four vitals by myself. Killed him too. Her Q, passive, and E are all good at letting you get all four off alone.

Guys what the hell did you do to Fio, I would have to be a tank in order to use my ultimate; while lanning I would have to make myself very vulnerable just to use it. early game Fio is worthless she needs to stay back farm ALOT than maybe in a group fight she maybe can be worth something...I know im writing this in a pisst off mood , but seriously whoever redesigned her go back look I the mirror and say to your self what did you do stupid she was working why did I break her

Her ultimate is kind of bad in lane. It's is nearly impossible to proc all four vitals by yourself. Also, the reduced mobility and reduced duration on her E makes it WAY harder

riven can kill you 3 times at lvl 1 while fiora kills you 1 time at level 3

Not sure why people complain about Fiora's ult, its easy to proc. Basically just AA cancel for the extra hits as you probably normally would(assuming you're not Bronze V and know even in the slightest of animation canceling and at least try it, if not make it work), and just do it around the person rather than going back and forth. Maybe, if you can, save your dash to get behind her for easy procs of the last 3 after the first.

Riven has to wait till lvl 2 to kill you every single time you farm as fiora. Also fiora lvl 1 is worse than riven's one

% health true damage if you hit them at the right angles consistently and a dash to do so that resets 50% of its cooldown if you hit something? How is that worse than 3 Q hits? Fiora may even win lvl 2 trades if she gets her riposte and counters riven stun.

But that is the pinnacle of skill matchups. All depends how they play.
