It seems her passive now scales with the target's model, just fought a Teemo and the Vitals were waaay too small. I haven't tried it against someone big (like Cho'gath or an Wild Growth Champion), was this intentional?

a smaller champion should be easier to hit ... you don't have have move as far to get around them.

While true, it also forces Fiora Players to approach a not-so-safe distance with such small characters (Teemo).
