Flask
Is this a healthy item? This item is usually purchased on champions who have a weak early game, or unfavorable lane match up and they know they need the extra sustain. But isn't the point of having an early game weakness having to be careful and actually be able to be poked out of lane and harassed?
Why can a

pick up these items, and be able to out sustain everything you throw at them. It's almost like their early game "weakness" doesn't even exist when they pick up a flask and pots to lane. Shouldn't it be a weakness for early game not just pick up complete early sustain and be completely safe?
