I like how Riot always try to make new flashy champions...

And then only the 0,5-1% of the community play them....

Becuase the rest of the players play the OLD SOLID champions...i mean look the pick rates

All the new Flashy champions have low pick rate...and then old champions like thresh/lee/Darius/Lux/Yi/etc...that are 5-6-8 years old...even teemo have 7% pick ratio while camillie and Kled and Kayn and ornn sit at 1-2% pick rate....

That should RING A BELL to Riot...of what people want to actually play....They need to realize that players want SOLID gameplay not some weird flashy thing..sure some of the player may like all the new EDgy flashy stuff...but when the 80% still play champions from 2010...and only the 3% play any champion that got released after 2015...it mean that the new champions are just the flavor of the WEEK not even month...everyone would play Kayn to see what he is but then if they want assasin jungle they would go KHA if they want Bruiser tank they would go J4!!

So i am not saying that Riot should stop releasing flashy edgy champions like all the new champions from 2015 and now...but once and while release a champion with a SOLID gameplay

Vi the Piltover Enforcer Fighter 2012-12-19

The last Solid BRUISER...then it was AAtrox...and abimination of a combination of xin zhao and riot trying to make him flashy they fail and he end up useless...

Then they try illaoi to make her SOLID...but they fail because they add too much damage with no counterplay then they nerf her and now she become a what ever...

Then it was camillie..after 20 nerfs..still try to be solid still cant...because she still try to be Flashy bruiser and it end up being ether OP or UP...

What this mean RIOT? i dont know you tell me..VI from 2012 have less nerfs than camillie...that should Ring a bell about the flashy champions VS Solid KIT

She is perfectly fine, Although her kit relies on the stupidity of your opponents.

I mean...of course easier champions are more popular... why would I worry about learning a new champ when I can roll my face around on the keyboard while playing udyr.

exactly. j4 is a hell of a lot easier than kayn to play. kayn has lots of outplay potential. not to mention, in blind pick at least, kayn is a very strong pick because no matter that the enemy's teamcomp is, he can fight it. all squishies? go SA and delete them. Tanky frontline? Rhaast can help with that. and kled is similar. his courage mechanic is really difficult to learn, but when you have it, you're really tough to beat. not to mention kled adds a lot more utility to a team than yi. and camille is like renekton in the sense that outplay potential is there, its just between too strong and too weak with no middle ground

You miss the point of hard champs. Hard champs are supposed to be you know, harder to play?

Being harder to play usually is already both the advantage and disadvantage in and of itself. Because while harder mechanics usually mean more flexibility and harder to play against, but they are harder to use and easy to mess up with.

The fact Riot does not realise this and leave hard champs as literal upgrades of easier champs most of the time to ponder the people who want to be rewarded GREATLY for playing a champ who already has more buttons and more flexibility than others, is just ludicrous.

Unless a champ is just badly designed or horribly tuned, otherwise being hard itself is already the cost AND the reward. People should realise this sooner or later.

-Who the fck outflashes LeeSin and Thresh, though Rakan comes close. -Darius do you even play this guy, the multi dunk is extremely flashy and satisfying. -Lux again ult is flashy as hell, also people can't ks you. -MasterYi and Teemo, you do have to realize, some people don't know how to play League, so they have to play something.

Meanwhile: Camille is played a lot considering she isn't broken, like who the hell finds Chogath fun? Fiora and Gangplank oh boy Kayn is played more than some really broken shit like Sejuani and Rammus Rakan is played close to same as Janna and Lulu
