Win rates of champions don't tell the whole story

You see, it doesn't matter if those champions can be countered. None of us every say "oh, that champion is no problem, even if you are an expert at countering them, because you might not be laning against them or they might get fed off your team. But that is not the important part so much...

Sure there are ways to avoid Illaoi's ult for example, but when you guys say that you are putting the game in this static scenario--you might be CCed in her ult, stunned, slowed, charmed, taunted etc. The game is dynamic. It literally means nothing to say that so and so champions ult or ability can be avoided or countered. Thinking like that is intellectually lazy and proven wrong in practical terms from the games we play. Because the champion in question is not always alone. So the thinking process needs to go from "this ability or champion can be countered by means of x y and z" to adding "however, if this and that outside factor is present as well, then x y z might not work".
Champions like the ones above have great utility---they very useful CC in team fights, great ults for team fights or perhaps very hard to lock down.
I know it sounds crazy, but numbers don't matter here. Do the win rate of a given champion tell the story of how often they win when a certain other champion is on their team? Whats the win rate of teams when a Yas and a Wu are on the same team? Whats the win rate of a Gragas when Naut is on the team? You understand what I am saying? We always look at win rate and go " well see their win rate is only 53% so they are not OP." However, their win rate when paired with a certain handful of champions might skyrocket. Instinctively we know this is true, because of how much we all groan when we see certain champions we are up against.
So don't tell me that the champions are balanced because of win rates. Those numbers are literally useless.
Its amazing how much lazy thinking goes on with these boards and with Riot in general.
