Lets Imagine for a moment how broken Vlad with Mana would be
is the only champion that feels like he is actually losing out on not having mana

well, that item is still 125% gold efficient on vlad
.....Why do we give a fuck?
"Let's imagine how broken a Champion would be if their fundamental mechanics on which their entire kit and play style is based was suddenly something complete different"
I mean, cool, but hell Singed has the most synergy with RoA of almost anyone, needs HP, AP, and gains more HP from the Mana but you don't stack six of them (although I've seen two). But as SrsBsns says, its still gold efficient, so you could still do this anyway. But even with 6 of them you'd have 0 resistances and anything with % health would eat you alive.

Nothing on Vlad's kit would change if you gave him Mana other than build options being crazier. Olaf and Soraka both have Mana and Health costs.
so your saying his no cost skills would get mana costs and his hp cost skills would stay hp costs?
Either way, what kouga said, Its a pointless question cus it is literally never going to be a thing in this game. Hemomancers use HP plain and simple.
Also, vlad runs off CDR, spellvamp, and ap/hp. Building RoA needs to happen early, sacrificing his much needed CDR which normally comes from first item WotA, and most of the time Ionian Boots.
And if Mana was a thing on Vlad your build would be

cus with his passive, it'd be Ap from HP, ap from Mana, ap from ap, and hp from ap. throw in the impossible Spirit of ancient golem and he'd also have HP from HP
So, you're saying that we'd just add mana costs, and change nothing else? That just makes him worse. Yes, he could build RoA, but you could build that right now and get the exact same combat stats, and while you wouldn't benefit from the mana, you also wouldn't have any need to benefit from the mana. I mean, think about it. The only reason the mana from RoA would benefit him would be because he would risk being limited by mana, but he doesn't actually stand to gain anything from having mana.
nothing stops you from building
on Vlad, he just gets the same amount of hp and ap from it like everyone else.
needing mana only limits your options, cause you HAVE to buy some mana.
There is no problem with building a mana item on manaless champs other than wasteing some gold on a stat they don't need.
