I don't want her to be super OP like modern champs are but she's the only real currently semi-viable AP toplane mage at the moment because AD items are so through the roof better then AP. I just wanna see her be updated with some cooldowns reduced and that new passive us Lissandra mains were promised... 2 years ago.

What about Swain? He's stupid strong in the toplane. I did just make a post talking about some changes I'd support, so check that out. I've tried to balance them out and make Lissandra a bit healthier.

Individually lissandra blows them out of the water in cc and she is a somewhat ranged champion. if she had that much cc with good mobility i'd question riots choices.

Camille's ult doesn't even cc the target it cc's everyone else. Lissandra stuns you and slows everyone else. Are you honestly trying to compare zoe's skillshot with a delay for the cc to lissandra where all of her cc is essentially instant minus the cast time and aoe except for her low cooldown low range slow? Seriously?
