It's time to give Nocturne a terrain passing ability
As a ghost he should do it.
He doesn't need a numerical buff, he needs a core buff to his identity because right now he is just a binary champion with steroid and a dash. Riot said a while back that they wanted to give a reason to pick a champion over a champion. Right now the only reason to pick nocturne over vi or gragas is his ulti which is a global blind but hey who uses this ulti to blind? we all just press R to dash or we will waste a gank for a long time. If he becomes broken then just nerf something useless in his kit.
