We asked for more CDR on AP items, Riot gave to us, but they took something in return...
When 
was made viable for ADC, mages got jealous and complained about ADCs having easy access to CDR. Riot listened and gave us

all of these items had their gold increased while having there their ap reduced. 
went from 3000-3800 gold for a 5% increase in ap. 
was gutted .
Now we have very few good glass cannon ap item.
But hey, now we can't complain about not having enough CDR?
