How much would you pay for a niche, but "broken" ability?

Basic idea is a simple question, how much gold would you pay for an item that is "broken" against certain champions. Would you pay 2200-2400 gold for an upgrade to item 3105 that gave you 45 armor and 45 magic resist BUT also had a passive (let's call it Heavy) that made it so your champion could not be knocked up by spells and/or abilities? Champions still takes any damage and/or debuffs they would have from the effect, but they are not thrown into the air.

He damages you, but you can continue to move since you would not be in the air. All other aspects of his ultimate work the same.

Put since he stays still during Ult and I can move, why would it continue to damage me?

for the same reason he can knock you up at tower, ult and be like 500 range away but still do damage

As a permanent passive, it would simply be bs against fighters / juggernaut toplane, and screw them over even more. Like Urgot Darius Riven Aatrox MonkeyKing XinZhao Singed

I wouldn't be against something added to an active (on boots for instance ?) that would prevent enemies from knocking you up for a short duration

In fact, it could potentially make me invulnerable to cc (depending on enemy comp). I guess i would take it if at least 50% of enemies' CC's were knockups.
