So this one time1 votesthats why 16 champs is the minimum to do rankd. incase your champs get all banned and pickd 3 bans per team = 6 champs and every other person is 9 champs. so no matter what is pickd and banned if u have 16 champs you will always have a champ. u can play ranked. if they changed it to 4 bans they would simply have to up the requirement to do ranked matches.
