Banning nothing is okay

Everyone is getting rowdy on boards about people that ban none

There's nothing wrong with banning none, some people play games for fun, they might want to practice counter matchups, they might be smurfing and not care what they face

The game's balanced, and most of you just need the practice against the champions you ban

People ban <48% w/r trash all the time, that's worse than banning none because you remove the possibility of the enemy team picking a losing team comp

Banning nothing indicates that you don't care about the rest of your team and that you are not a team player. If you can't think of a ban, then ask your teammates for a suggestion. Don't waste an opportunity to help your team and increase your chances for a win.

Balanced, most people complain about a champion being strong when it's merely because they've had games where the champion gets fed

Any champion is strong when fed

Champions have winrates of 53-47%, that's balanced. Most really high winrate champs will have low pick rates. Otherwise, a high winrate champ won't have many counters and will have a high pick rate

Low winrate champs may just have a lot of counter matchups and be really good into champs that don't counter them. When these champs are played a lot and not just when they're good picks, ofc their winrate will suffer

Consider all the variables and +/-3% is really a good thing, surprising infact

I typically don’t ban when I’m in normals, and occasionally in flex. Gives me a better idea of what’s op when available.

If you don't want to use the ban yourself, cool, donate it to be used by the team.

If you refuse to even give it to the team, then the problem is clearly on you.

I generally only ban something if I just have no idea how to counter it, but otherwise I dont really ban.

While there's nothing wrong with it, it's far more considerate to ask the team if anyone would like something banned. One is certainly not obligated to do so, but others being upset that one didn't is reasonable.

As for your "game is balanced" statement, no. First, that's just wrong. Second, banning isn't always about what's OP. There are two bans I have that I alternate between depending on where I am in the pick order. One of them is Darius. I'm more than willing to acknowledge that Darius is not OP. The problem is he is a fantastic counter to the champion I play (Nasus) and is an extremely popular choice.
