We won't give Volibear any buffs that matter because he's an "evil stat check" champion, here's some shitty % damage

But we WILL give Hecarim a free 20% bonus damage for spamming his unmissable, instant cast AOE Q without addressing the fact that he can 100-40 a carry with Predator on his first hit against them. Its OK if Hecarim does it because he makes cool plays happen on my favorite Synapse videos where he epic pwns some idiot ADC who thought they would be allowed to play the game after Hecarim got his items

Hecarim Have you seen the scaling on that Q you hate so much? The base damage is high because he's an early game champ. His damage falls off hard late. He becomes an R-E bot who tries to live as long as he can mid to late game.

The scaling is low because its on a 2 second cool down, its literally just an afk spam spell that you mash for as long as you're in a fight with somebody
