after a week. I REALLY don't think ezreal is "op" because of kelptomancy

am not going to say that I do know. I don't.I can't put my finger on it. but he pretty much wins most of the games hes in.

hes still terrible late game. but 61% winrate in the early game? thats absolutely insane. maybe because of the fact that if you take the spell burn and you lane 1 Q early game you're doing something like 125 damage. at level 1?. hes just somehow a lane bully now.
