Im talking about and

1100 gold to make any adc a minion in terms of damage before they have 9k+ gold worth of items, why is the strongest armor item in the game the CHEAPEST ONE? And why is it on a boots slot (so best slot efficiency)???

Tabi is so strong that late game when you are capped its actually not worth to sell it and buy another armor or tank item, because nothing comes close to the boots slot + damage reduction + stupid price combination, and of course early game its broken tier as any tank can even go as far as rush it and ignore their AD lane opponents.

I dont even think i need to explain exhaust as everyone knows how op it has been but somehow riot keeps ignoring it.

Without ninja tabi's adcs would just go machine gun mode on everybody in the game. Sure damage reduction sucks for the adc, but between all the lifesteal healing, attack speed, AND damage in general, its fair enough.

Exhaust reduces movement speed, attack speed, and armor/magic resist. It really doesn't stop "1 shot damage" only slows DPS and makes fighters less tanky to actually fight.

Exhaust has been the same, it hasn't change. Its not its fault everything is so stupid 1 shot damage that its useful now.

But I forgot this is League and people don't actually like counters.

They like counters, but only when they're countering the other people. God forbid someone play a champ that counters them.

Sometimes that is there for a reason. What is stopping a lategame strong Vayne? Chain cc to force her dead.

Before they nerfed Rammus, he was meant to be the AD killer. It is literally what his kit is about, it isn't his fault during the ADC meta it gasp...countered them all hard. That was the stupidest thing Riot could have done was nerf him for merely doing his job. When did you ever see a Rammus otherwise?

Tabi are probably the best boots in the game lol, with only Ionian's really contesting that.

The amount of defensive power they give for 1,100 gold is amazing, and they stack with randuin's against crit champions. Getting tabi after getting a lead against an AD champion is incredibly cheesy.
