Does anyone use Mejai's Solestealer ?
I've tried this item and overall, will never use it seriously in my builds. I know it's potential in gold value, but want I have found very unappealing is the pressure it adds to your game.
You're constantly worried about dying and the number of stacks you have. I feel like this becomes a distraction and actually takes away my enjoyment of the game. Even with the new 
starting item, it just leads to the same distraction at an even earlier point of the game
So, does anyone use it and do the actually enjoy their game on average when they do get it?
use it pretty often since they offer enough disengage if she ever gets in trouble, she is used for peeling and not for engaging so she is always on the back lines plus she is not a priority target so most enemies will ignore her on teamfigths what leaves her with little chance of dying and losing stacks. 
is another champion that uses it mainly because she can stay on the back and spam her spells all fay.
and 
, simply because provides a huge amount of ap and their kit allows them to snipe someone and then go back to safety.
