Why aren't we reverting some useless Sona buffs first?

i'm talking about this

Aura radius increased to 400 from 350. Power Chord Damage increased to 15 - 235 (based on level) from 13 - 192 (based on level).

E, W and W passive were the only thing that needed buffs, i don't even know what was the purpose of this. Not talking about the 40% cdr thing why is this here? because now you're going to balance her around having almost no CD.

i tell it now but i'm sure riot will continue on this way: -revert the ulti passive -revert the Q nerf -revert all those numbers

what she needed is her E being good, and her W not having a missing hp healing.

i enjoy the new sona kit...if you build right you never run low on mana, and you can spam sheild/heal your team fast. and pretty much have a constant movment speed buff cause of the low cd and how long the buff lasts. and more damage out put from the lowered cd on her Q. I do miss the 10% buffs per rank in the R but I also like the 2.88 sec cd on the W its nice.
