Can we have an option to toggle off Shift + Rightclicking?

I dont smart cast, i shift cast and when i am doing everything in a really heated (fast fight / moment) i get screwed over a lot from shift clicking when im trying to either Run away or just kite and i die from it... Is there any way that we could get the option to toggle this off?

I'm pretty sure this has screwed up everyone over the past a million times, if we have the option to move the minimap how hard could it be to toggle shift attacking?
