Nocturne needs to be really fed to 1shot anyone. His DPS is way better than his burst dmg (he has free dmg, 2 AS steroids, shield and fear). Even someone like Yi, Trundle, Fiora, Trynda etc can be outdueled by Noc. But if he 1shots you from ult, you are probably already losing the game. Buy tabi next time and you won't get 1shotted.

No? It's not? His full ult Q auto attack combo has a whole 1.95 bonus AD +1.2 total AD ratio. Less than a single crit from Caitlyn/Draven/Vayne.

He'd need to be fed enough to buy an infinity edge statikk shiv combo to really start hurting. But that's around 6000 gold, not including boots. And that entirely skips CDR, which he absolutely needs to build, because otherwise he only has an ult roughly once every 3 minutes.

Remember that item that Riot broke recently? Starts with a D, the main stat starts with an L I think... I just can't quite place it.

Oh I've been calling out bullshit since S5, don't worry. I know how it works, but it shouldn't work that way -- I mean not as long as we're goinna pretend we put quality before all else, anyway.

Wonder why I bother a lot of the time though. I know nothing is going to change, and it's only going to get worse.

Annnnd adc's exist. You know. The champions who one shot you, and then your entire team, and then take your turrets in 2-5 seconds. Also the most crucial champions for killing the epic monsters.

Who are the highest playrate champs in the game? Well, most of them are ADCs. Now, most ADCs also have 1350 or higher skins, and a lot have legendaries.

So, the most popular class, with a lot of expensive skins. In what way wouldn't that make money? Riot keeps them broken intentionally. They know that they're bullshit and anti-fun and all that, but they don't care so long as the money keeps rolling in.

Talon is dogshit, he can't oneshot unless he is in your melee range (can land both W hits and a melee Q) AND you have low armor value. So assuming you have some armor as a squishy ( item 3047 item 3157 item 3026 item 3025 ) and can dash/flash out of his W he won't kill you.

How about lategame Kassadin who will R-flash with 3 or 4 stacks on you from an absurd range to remove 70% of your hp bar and then press W for the rest 30%? And unlike any other assassin he WILL get away.

Hmm... it's almost like Talon has this thing called his ult, and this other thing called his Q... both of which let him get on top of you pretty easily. Then he just mashes E and flies away faster than anyone in the game.

And uh, lethality / BC / LW makes armor irrelevant, sorry.

Wait, if Talon uses his ult for the MS boost he won't get the first hit off, which means he'll get only 1 passive stack. Also if he uses Q to gap close he will lose his melee range bonus damage, which means his only threatening form of burst is his passive, and considering he's got only 1 stack from ult he'll need to land his W to oneshot; dodge his W and you're good :D

Also talon's Q is a bit delayed and cannot bypass skilshots, making it very easy to deny him at teamfights. (cough Janna cough)

Talon and Akali? Valid, but they also offer nothing else outside of their damage.

Diana? Hit or miss. Her burst is a bit more delayed and relies on actually getting items as well due to being AP.

Cho? Known problem and they're working on a fix for the Stoneplate interaction

Don't think I've ever seen a Noc one-shot unless fairly ahead

Compare Talon now to old Talon:

Old

80% of his burst takes place instantly upon arrival
gap closer is a blink, so there is no way to peel
could destroy 3+ people at the same time with ult

New

dashes, so it can be peeled
single target burst
no longer instant unless severely fed
ult can no longer assassinate an entire team

New Talon is much more fair, and old was the definition of "one shot", unlike Akali or Diana who have to use multiple skills and their ults once or twice to kill you.
