I've started to learn how to deal with my issues
I admit it. I've struggled many times with my anger and have been chat restricted and banned multiple times, but I always pipe down before I got hit with a lifetime ban. I've gotten tilted in many games that I could have won and said many mean things.
But as I've realized this week- my losing is not on anyone else's head (unless they are feeding or trolling profusely). If I am tilting and getting over heated it is my fault, and so I've learned the past week to just stop. If I felt the urge to spit out something abusive, I instead just said it softly to myself out loud and kept on playing without typing /allchat. Since then I've gone on a win streak and tonight, I won my promos to get to silver 4, and I admit one game I slipped and said a few things but I didn't get tilted.
So that Did You Know? stat that Riot puts on the loading screen where it says players who are abusive to their teammates lose X percent of more games- THATS TRUE. Once I turned myself around I started to win more.
I hope there are people out there that read this will hopefully learn from my mistakes and from my new accomplishment and let it help them turn a new leaf around too. Find something to alleviate your anger like me- I talk at my computer instead and might even flick the bird at the end "Defeat" screen sometimes but I don't turn on someone.
Happy gaming, and see you on the Rift!
