Ardent Censer

When using Soraka or Sona...or any champ that can heal or shield, is this item worth stacking 2 or more?

+60 Ability Power +%15 Heal & Shield Power +%10 Cooldown Reduction +%50 Base Mana Regen

I know Unique passives dont stack so no need typing all that out. but these should stack.

Would it be good to get 2 ardents for %30 healing and shielding or just get a different AP item???

I just played a Soraka game......i got 2 of them and they were really my only 2 AP oitems. The healing did seem to me a bit strong being that I only had 2 of the same AP item.
