Nah man Riot only cares about big plays and Gnar has EVERYTHING needed for big plays. So Gnar will stay OP forever. He has a SUPER overloaded kit but Riot wont ever admit that.

Overloaded kit =/= op with low numbers tho... I mean, if Thresh and Riven for example shouldnt be nerfed, why should Gnar?

when he has a perma slow in ranged form which applies his stacks for % dmg then 2 stuns that are easy to stack on top of each other in melee he is far to strong.

Gnar is fine. Learn to play against him like mist everyone else instead of complaining.

Hard engage him in mini, back off when mega, avoid rang. Simple.
