can't we reduce the cast range of rumble ultimate?

for how strong that ulti is it shouldn't have 1700 range in this way rumble would put himself more in risk i think this is one of the reasons he is a pick/ban in the lcs and maybe reduce the slow duration of his e to 2,5 instead of 3 and
adjust his aa animation for compensation
