Galio vs Rumble top is Rumble's worst, and one of Galio's highest winrates in the game in Plat+, stats don't lie.

Galio can farm at tower, and post 6 if rumble keeps shoving that opens up a huge threat from a jungle gank. As a galio ult is incredibly strong when paired with a junglers damage. Also it opens up Galio to his better item build paths as he wants to itemize early mr. Once Galio has a little mr and some levels Rumble is not going to be damaging him...he will practically be healing galio with Galio's shield until Rumble builds extra m.pen (not just a liandries + Sorc shoes).

teemo counter garens until he gets a bamis and didn't fall behind in lane zz`rot is insanely strong on tank splitpushers like garen it makes him the best splitpusher in the game stronger than tryndamere But tryndamere will beat garen in a 1v1 but garen however is better at splitpushing

standard garen build is black cleaver merc treads or boots of swiftness zzrot if you won lane deadmands if you didn't then buy whichever you didn't buy second then buy a sunfire and finish with a warmogs ghostblade or steraks should aeverage around 300 attack damage 3.7k health around 300 armor 200 mr around 600 550 ms with all speed items and decisive strike activated this is assuming you bought a ghostblade as your final item once you bought a zzrot splitpush top all game and force multiple people to come and stop you so your team can fight 4v3s or take uncontested objectives

garen really has no hard counters as most if not all his weaknesses can be fixed by items and that is why he is overpowered currently

also his laning phase is very safe

I mean, you can Q her before she uses her 3rd Q to make sure you can trade (Rather than getting Q3+AA+W+AA+E away), and even while CC'd you still do damage while spinning. Riven also has 0 sustain until she builds lifesteal (Which they build later) so starting cloth + 5 in the lane against her is going to make the matchup way easier for trading with her.

After 6 she has her huge damage steroid, so make sure you have backed and bought before that (TP op). Level 6 if/when she all in's you, as long as you don't get caught off guard, you can actually kill her with just AA+Q+E+AA+R.

It isn't the absolute easiest matchup ever, but it is way better than it was before just because Garen trades faster than he used to.
