@Meddler in what universe is Pantheon a healthy champion?

And I'm hoping he's going to be updated in the assassin rework.

Pantheon has one of the most unhealthy kits in the game. If counter-picked by him, you can do NOTHING. You have to hope your jungler does something about him or he will pummel you into submission by spamming Q off cooldown on you or zone you into uselessness. And it's especially difficult as a melee champion to fight him because of his passive and his E passive, which makes up for him not having a combat ultimate.

Even in match ups where you "counter him," it's basically staying away from him and not dying. And yet there's still this idea that he falls off late game even though with just Ghostblade/BC and whatever keystone mastery he wants, he can gib an ADC. His gameplay is just downright unfair and lacks so much counterplay and actual meaningful gameplay that I'm amazed he hasn't been reworked yet.

Please tell me there's an update for him, he's one of the worst, most unfun champions to lane against.
