Since I have nearly 300 games on Camille, I'll comment personally on her weaknesses.

Ult has a stupidly high cooldown still at early ranks despite being made into a glorified fizz E until rank 2.
For a diver, she really has no way to survive in the midst of a fight since her sustain was chopped on her W.
Low base health scaling leads her to be less tanky than you'd expect for a diver in the later stages of the game (Rengar has more health than her...)
High mana costs early game render you unable to trade with your opponents more than twice before going OOM.

zed melting half your hps at lvl 4 in less then 1 second. Yea lets buff him. You should look at ban rates before making a thread like this.

Ryze , Azir, and Rek'Sai lowkey require VGUs, with Azir and Rek'sai having ones confirmed. Also they have all been in LCS a lot, so riot doesn't want to buff them so they completely overtake the competition once more.

As a recent Camille adopter, thank god I didn't play her before the nerfs. I absolutely love her, but I can't imagine how uphill it is for previous Camille players.
