Can you just rework Ezreal

Literally takes 0 skill now because if you land your Q (which is easy to land), you slow your enemies thanks to iceborn gauntlet working on ranged champions, and not only that, but he also reduces the cooldown on his other abilities too! Which means that running away from him is non-existent because he constantly slows you and blinks every 3 seconds.

Let's not forget how he is strong at basically all stages of the game with his constant poke which nobody else can really match. Such a poorly designed kit on a champion I used to love, but now can't stand the sight of.

Ezreal has a 46.6% winrate in your elo. Literally second worst ADC, only beat out by Kalista who riot keeps underpowered on purpose.

Ezreal has an incredibly toxic and overpowered kit, and the fact that he can use almost every single item in the game makes him the most frustrating adc in the game to verse right now, behind the overbuffed and intentionally overpowered caitlyn.
