She does need buffs, good luck asking for them here though where everyone has a mindless hate boner for riven.

NO.

Getting her low should actually do something. I can't stand when you use up all your resources to get someone low and then they just heal it all back up.

Besides, buying a Doran's Shield on Riven, while reducing her damage by a margin, practically grants her infinite sustain, so long as she plays her cards right.

And you can always spec into Resolve and grab Second Wind. That should solve the problem without spending a single gold.

Also, I would like to see your statistics. Why do you think she's struggling? Where did you get this information from? Source?
