Yep, totally fair, perfectly acceptable here, tanks should just destroy everything at all stages of the game.
Nerf ornn and maokai already riot, they are destroying any kind of fun you can have top lane, or atleast make riven and fighters not a troll pick against them.

Never mind all the other spells adrian dodged while taking multiple trades before this clip.
Hes a tank and he 100-0d adrian with just base damages because he hit 1 spell (his ult) eveything else was point and clicked while he was cced, meanwhile, riven, A DAMAGE ORIENTED CHAMP WITH ALMOST NO UTILITY has to trade for half a minute to get him to near half health (and perfectly too, otherwise you see what happen).
No matter how you twist it this is not fine or acceptable, either those tanks need some serious rebalance (nerfs) or fighters need massive buffs.

Riven hit him all of 3 times to orn's full combo of everything except e and multiple passive shots.

ornn is fking shit. I've laned against ornn as Yasuo in about 3 games...everytime same shit. you can try to outplay him, dodge his abilties etc. but he sill just ez mode beat u with just following u with AAs and W
