Eh not really, its why there pick rates and win rates are all compatible to ones you named. If they were healthy they wouldn't be the go to choices when the one's you named aren't available.

Ok so here's where your wrong,

Vayne isn't a horrible ban in solo queue but there's 6-7 champs that have to be banned that you don't
Thresh is an absolutely horrible ban, never ban champs that are skill shot reliant, there will always be counter play, called dodging a skill. Stay behind minions and you won't get hooked. Also, thresh has 0 base armor so he is really weak early tank wise
Ahri isn't bad right now, but is super easy to lane vs as a lissandra or any other champ with lock down. Viktor does more at all stages of the game and as mentioned in point 1, many more champs that are actually ban worth right now

That's assuming the ally is smart enough to click on it. Don't know how many times I could have saved an ally or done a hook lantern combo. I guess in Bronze they think it only gives a shield.

There's even counterplay for the lantern. I think it's even cheaper that you can prevent the lantern from working by standing on it. Makes me so mad sometimes

Lux Leona Blitzcrank Vayne Soraka Jinx Tristana I see all of these champions way more than thresh and ahri.... lol I saw ahri in the title and I shook my head. =.=

If a juggernaut isn't banned you see them instalocked. Fiora as well.

Okay, I understand the Thresh and Vayne bans to some extent, but why Ahri? I get she's good, but not so strong that she deserves an insta-ban. Maybe if you know the guy and you want to keep him from his favored mid lane pick, but that's kind of a long shot.
