Can you remove the RNG slow from phage please?

It's really lame when I barely get away from Jax/Irelia only to have them flash + AA me and get lucky and get a 2.5 second 30% slow

fucking rito had to remove one of the funnest aspects of this game for me. Old GD was such a fucking blast, I looked forward to all the troll posts and idiocy on there. The only reason I keep coming back to these boards is because I'm still trying to find just a little bit of the magic left over from old GD. But alas, it is gone. Gone forever.

Fuck, the worst part is when Corki lands that one Triforce crit on you and does about 80 true damage to you after he gets IE/Trinity. Shit's broken as fuck, only worse because of his undodgeable poke and the slow from the Phage proc.
